We chose the National Critical Technology category Environmental Quality with a concentration on Pollution Control. Our objective is to mitigate the amount of plastic circulating in the North Pacific's currents by using a portable moored harbor to collect and remove debris at strategic locations.

This project homepage #09-2004 was developed by Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, Florida, in response to the 2009-2010 Internet Science and Technology Fair. Our technical advisor is Norton Smith, Director of Whole Systems Foundation.
