We chose the national critical technology category of manufacturing with a technical application of pollution avoidance, focusing on engines and personal water craft (PWC). Our product is a two-stroke engine that when utilized in PWC should improve performance while also minimizing the dangerous impact of fuel exhaust to both the marine environment and to the air.
