A much delayed answer to your question: Sea turtle nests: 1997-346, 1998-538 Nests that hatched: 1997-298, 1998-444 Hatched nests where hatchlings were disoriented by lights: 1997-51, 1998-33 Perhaps the students can calcluate what percentage of nests were affected by disorientations each year. It is not possible to determine if the reduction in disorientations was because of the lighting ordinances.
