Activities for "Arrives on Time To Class". Directions: Complete one of the three following activities
Activity # 1 Arrive To Class On Time Using a Self Developed Plan Sheet
Prepare a self developed plan sheet to show evidence of arriving to all of your classes on time. Allow all of your teachers to sign off on your plan sheet each week. Show evidence to designated person. Continue this activity for a nine week period or one grading period.
Activity # 2 Arrives To Class On Time Using a Calendar
Buy or create a calendar to show evidence of arriving to all of your classes on time. Allow all of your teachers to sign off on your calendar each week for one nine week grading period or one quarter. Show evidence to designated person.
Activity # 3 Arrives To class On Time Using A Planner
Use a daily planner to show evidence of arriving to all of your classes on time. Allow all of your teachers to sign off on your planner each week for one nine week grading period or one quarter. Show evidence to designated person.

Activity # 1 For Students Who have Jobs
Arrives On Time For Work Using a Self Developed Time Card
Prepare a self developed time card. At the end of each week, allow your employer to sign off showing that you arrived to your job on time. Continue this practice for one nine week grading period or for one quarter.
Activity # 2 For Students Who Have Jobs
Arrives on Time for Work Using An Employer Developed Time Card
Ask your employer for a time card or use your regular check in procedure. At the end of each week allow your employer to sign off on your time card or time sheet showing evidence you arrived to work on time. Continue for one nine week period or one quarter. Show results to designated person. Repeat each quarter for the entire school year.
Activity #3 For Students Who Do not Have Jobs
Arrives On Time To Complete Home Chores Using A Self Developed Time Card
If you do not have a job, allow one or both of your parents to assign certain chores you will agree to complete. Prepare a self developed time card. Agree upon a time you will begin and complete your chores. Allow your parents to sign off at the end of the week, showing that you began and completed your chores in a timely manner. Continue for one nine week period. Repeat each quarter for the entire school year.
Activity # 4 For Students Who Do Not Have Jobs
Arrives On Time To Complete Home Chores Using a Parent Prepared Time Card
If you do not have a job, allow one or both of your parents to assign certain chores you will agree to complete. Allow your parents to develop a time card for you. Agree upon a time you will begin and complete your chore. Allow your parents to sign off at the end of the week. Continue for one nine week grading period or one quarter. Repeat each quarter until the end of the school year.

Using a planner, students will show evidence of turning in homework on time by allowing each teacher and parent to sign off each week. Continue for the entire quarter. Repeat each quarter for the entire school year. Show to designated person.

Using a calendar, students will show evidence of turning in homework on time by allowing each teacher and parent to sign off each week. Continue for the entire quarter. Repeat each quarter for the entire school year.
Activity # 3 Keeping Work Log

Read the article entitled "Keeping A Work Log". After reading the article, create or devise a work log for 7 days. Allow a parent or teacher sign your work log as evidence of completion.

b. Prioritize the tips 1 to 13 with number 1 being the greatest need for improvement an 13 being the least.
c. Select the top five in terms of the tips which have the greatest need of improvement in your personal life.
d. Write your top five in your journal or notebook.
e. Write a personal improvement plan for each of the 5 prioritized tips.
