We chose the National Critical Technology category Energy with a concentration on Next Generation Nuclear Reactors. Our objective is to design a closed system that will reprocess spent nuclear fuel by means of remote handling and the Archimedes Filter Technology. The separated radioisotopes can then be used for on-site manufacturing of nuclear-related products.
